Fixture production is a necessity in Robotic Welding Projects.

According to the welding type, geometry and weight of the part, manual or automatic, fixed or axial moving fixtures are designed and manufactured after acquiring the approval of our customer.

All our manufacturing materials are chosen to meet the general and project-specific specifications in accordance with our customers requirements.

For critical points, a 3D measurement is made and a report is provided upon request.

When the fixture and robot must work simultaneously in axial motion projects, the fixture is programmed according to the robot's software and route of the motion.
