Quality Control Fixtures

Quality control fixtures are used to test the part at first-off-serial production, final control before delivery and sampling at the laboratory.

According to the sensitivity, weight, and surface of the part, fixtures can be produced from aluminum, steel or composite materials.

To prevent scratches, precision visual part fixtures are covered with the special soft materials.

The design and production of the fixtures are done according to the specifications complying with the customers' demands.

For critical points, a 3D measurement is done and a report is provided upon request.
