Production Fixtures

During the assembly process of the parts, production fixtures are needed when positioning and fixing are required.

Fixtures can be made from aluminum, steel or composite material depending on several factors of the part such as the precision, surface and weight.

To prevent scratches, precision visual part fixtures are covered with the special soft materials.

The design and production of the fixtures are done according to the specifications complying with the customers' demands.

For critical points, a 3D measurement is done and a report is provided upon request.
